Don’t Overestimate the Danger and Underestimate Your Ability to Cope

I heard these words today and I know they are going to be the words that I will meditate on throughout this difficult time. And I want to share them with you.

The future holds good things for us, I am sure. I am so so sure, because hope is the beginning of everything. If we are not hopeful now, we will have nothing. So please, whatever you are going through, believe that it will be over and be strong. When you are not – ask for help, receive help, give help. One day at a time. Remember to love. Love fiercely. And hope.

We will emerge stronger, I promise you. We are going far.

With love x
