What do you see when you look at travel photography?
The ones untainted by smears of vanity. Realistic portrayals of the place rather than the traveller. True travel photograph is wonderful and priceless. A slice of time that freezes and transcends corporeal boundaries.
Can you hear them move in stillness? Can you see them speak?
As promised, here is a full post of photos from Beijing.
41 of them out of the 536 I took over the span of five days. It’s a tough job being my camera.
If I could, I would love to print them out, frame them up and tell you each of their stories through space, layouts and arrangements. Like in the gallery. Some pictures need to be placed next to each other. Some need to be viewed alone.
I can’t do that here. Because bloody internet.
If you are looking for words, I have said enough in my previous post. A very long one which I suggest you power through with a pot of gin and biscuits.
But now, let these 41 images speak for Beijing.
You listen.
